  • Clients may not reuse, resell, or share our designs without permission.
  • Final designs are shared only after full payment is completed.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details and requirements.
  • Allow site access for measurements and execution.
  • Clear payments on time.
  • Give timely feedback to avoid project delays.

7. Project Timeline

Timelines may vary due to material availability, design changes, or site conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by vendors or external factors beyond our control.

8. Material & Product Warranty

  • Materials are used based on client selection.
  • Warranty for appliances, hardware, etc. is provided directly by manufacturers.
  • We are not responsible for third-party manufacturing defects.

9. Changes & Revisions

Any changes after design approval may result in additional charges and may extend the project timeline.

10. Cancellation Policy

If a project is cancelled after advance payment, only unused or uncommitted funds may be refunded (if applicable). Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages due to natural disasters, delays caused by third parties, or issues arising from unauthorized modifications or poor maintenance by the client. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

We may use third-party vendors to complete certain portions of the project. We are not responsible for delays, defects, or service issues caused by them.
